As a photo of interested buyers crowding the DLF office in Gurgaon goes viral on social media, the company's new luxury project in Gurgaon seems to be a hit. With three days left, the company is expected to sell 1,137 flats.
After more than a decade of planning, DLF has finally announced the launch of its first high-rise condominium after nearly a decade. DLF Crest and DLF Camellias was their last project completed, and since then, the company has been developing independent floors at DLF City, New Gurgaon and Panchkula.
In response to the post, some Twitter users commented that a majority of the flats might have been bought by brokers rather than individuals.
Located in Sector 63 of Gurgaon, DLF's recent project DLF The Arbour is spread over an area of 25.8 acres and consists of just five towers. A total of 39 floors are included in this building. Each apartment has a choice of three parking bays with the option to charge electric vehicles within the parking bays. A source told us that the club house is spread over an area of 1 lakh square feet and covers over 50 rooms.
